The following document details the terms and conditions of Ron Sayer Nissan One To One Rewards Program. Upon receipt of the membership card/key tags (the "Card"), member agrees to be bound by the program rules, terms and conditions. Our rewards program members will receive incentive points for every dollar spent on parts & services and up to $250 on a vehicle purchase. These points are only redeemable at Ron Sayer Nissan. This is at no cost to you. Simply swipe your card at our cashier when you pick up your vehicle and we'll take care of the rest. Check your points and transaction history within 24 hours of yourtransaction www.nissanonetoonerewards.com or on our link from our website www.ronsayerauto.com. With every dollar you spend in our service department we apply 5% of the money you spend to your member card in the form of award points/dollars. We are a full-service maintenance and repair center with ASE certified & factory trained technicians. As a authorized Nissan Dealer, our customers are assured of the availability of Genuine Nissan Parts for all vehicle maintenance and repair needs.
HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS
1 Reward Point = 1 Reward Dollar ~ Maximum reward redemption per transaction $300 All members must be 18 years of age to participate. Rewards points are earned by making qualified purchases of products/services at Ron Sayer Nissan. Qualified purchases will be awarded to discount the purchase of your next new or pre-owned vehicle from Ron Sayer Nissan. Qualified purchases incude service repairs and maintenance, and retail parts/accessories purchased through the service department. Points are earned on customer pay transactions only and Warranty repairs Do Not apply. If using 5% from previous service bill applied to your new service bill you will not be able to use any other discounts or coupons at that transaction. No exceptions. WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE With every dollar you spend in our service department we will apply 5% of your total bill to your member card in the form of awards points for your next visit. When you sign up to this program with our dealership you receive incentive points valued at $250 towards your next purchase of a new or used vehicle. You will also receive $25 rewards dollars for your next customer pay service appointment, no need to use all your rewards at once, use some and save some for your next visit. RULES OF PROGRAM AND TERMINATION
Incentive points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. Any purchase you need to return for at which you used rewards programs for that purchase you can not return for cash. Awards points will expire within 24 months of inactivity. if you would like to keep your membership card after 2 years please let us know when your card is going to expire so we can transfer your savings to a new card. Rewards cards can have one name on the account and be used by any vehicle owners in your household. You will not accumulate points from purchasing a new or used vehicle but don't forget you do recieve $250 for just signing up only for use on purchase of new or used vehicle. At no time can members pool accumulated points to increase standings. Membership and points can not be sold, bartered, brokered or transferred to another account for any reason including death or domestic matters. Ron Sayer Nissan may modify any of the terms and conditions governing the Nissan One to One Rewards Program - including, but not limited to, the methods through which incentive points can be earned, how the program can be used, the value of the earned points, at any time, without notice, even though these changes may affect the members ability to use points that have already been earned. The program has no pre-determined termination date and may continue until such time that Ron Sayer Nissan may terminate the program, without notice given. We as a dealership, have the right to refuse any customer a membership card at Ron Sayer Nissan.
